Mortgage Calculator

You will find the Mortgage Calculator on the Main Dashboard by clicking on the Calculator link.

This feature will allow you to calculate mortgage payments. You will need to fill in the terms of the loan - number of years, interest rate, loan amount. If you know the annual taxes and insurance, put that information in as well. The Mortgage Calculator will then provide the monthly payment broken down by Principal and Interest, Taxes, and Insurance plus the total monthly payment.
