This feature provides you a calendar of due dates for a Specific Detailed Transaction. It is accessed from the Detail Dashboard. It not only tracks upcoming tasks, but it maintains a history of all the dates and deadlines you completed, missed, or changed on your transactions.
When you are in a particular transaction click the eCalendar link on the Detail Dashboard. The Dates & Deadlines in any CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE or posted under the Contract Deadlines Tracking System, are automatically transferred and displayed on the eCalendar.
If you are Integrated with another eContracts Agent you can update the eCalendar in your Listing Transaction by clicking on the green Update Contract Deadlines link in the Integration Window below your list of electronic documents.
At the top left of the eCalendar click on the drop down next to the word DEADLINES to change the display of the eCalendar. You can display the deadlines by status: DEADLINES, DEADLINES - COMPLETED, DEADLINES - NOT COMPLETED. The colors associated with the deadlines on the calendar are coded: Green: Completed – Blue: Not Due yet – Red: Incomplete
This Real Time, Interactive eCalendar can also be emailed, just once to your Clients, assistants or other parties in the transaction with whom you want to share this deadline information. Your clients will see the Status of the Transaction every time they open the eCalendar without having to call you.
NOTE: You only need to email the eCalendar to your Clients and other participants ONE TIME and every time they open it, they will see the updates.
To email it, just click on the Email Calendar link at the top left.
To create a Personal Activity within your eCalendar, click on the blue date number on the selected day. A pop-up window will open. Type the Activity/Appointment and any comments. Check the appropriate boxes.
NOTE: You can request an email reminder on the due date and up to 15 days before the due date. If this Activity is personal, do NOT select the box - Display this Activity on eCalendar emailed to participants. If you want this activity to be seen by your client and other participants who have received the eCalendar via email, select this box. ALWAYS click the blue Save Button. e.g., If this is a task that you want your clients to see, such as - Schedule Inspection - click the box. If this is a personal task such as - Lunch with Appraiser - do not click the display box.
