This link, found on the Detailed Dashboard, allows any participant to update or add additional specifics to a SALE Transaction.

As a transaction is moving forward, this input page will track information like the Closing Date, the name of the Builder  your clients are buying from, the Lender and any Referral information.  The more information you document on this input page the more information is automatically updated in the Earnest Money Ledger, Title Order and Closed file Check List.
