Smart eContracts is our software product used in Docs Management folders. It allows you to electronify any PDF document to be fillable and signable. You can also create your own interactive digital contract library.
This is the software used for non-Commission real estate documents provided by your managing broker, lenders, title companies etc.
NOTE: Examples will include: Affiliated Business Agreement, Referral Agreements, FHA Loan Documents, Seller/Byer Questionnaires, MLS Waiver Form, Buyer Agency, Receipt by Buyer of HOA Documents, Wire Fraud etc.
Strategic Partners: If you are not part of a Broker Account, as a strategic partner with CTM Software, have the managing broker contact customer support for templating options.
Once a PDF document is uploaded in either a Miscellaneous Docs Management or a transaction Docs Management folder and you click the white paper with a globe icon , you will have a whole host of custom fields you can "drag and drop" onto the PDF.
