Virtual Office

Agents with a Virtual Office account can send properties with legal information to their eContracts.

NOTE: Agents can also access eContracts from HomeCards. Make sure you have Virtual Office 9 downloaded on your PC. Needs to have been downloaded after 4/9/09.

NOTE:  You must have your MLS Agent and Office ID updated under your Edit Personal Info screen. 

NEXT:  First you will need to search for your property in Virtual Office and click the CTM icon to add to the CTM database. When in a parent contract, click on Select Listings sent from Virtual Office above the address. Then a window comes up that will show the address that you have "pushed" to your database from Virtual Office. Click on the address and then the address plus the legal will be added into your contract.
