This feature allows you to quickly create a Detailed Transaction Folder with the Parent Contract and all necessary Disclosures at once.
This means, that with just a few clicks, you will be able to create an entire transaction with all necessary documents instantaneously.
1) Select CREATE NEW CONTRACT on the main screen
2) Check the Quick Start box on the left above the list of PARENT CONTRACTS
3) Click the radio button for your desired PARENT CONTRACT
4) Continue scrolling down the web page and the list of all available Documents/Disclosures and put a check in the box to Select the Documents/Disclosures that you would like to create all at the same time
5) Click the Create Selected Contracts button
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, the Parent Contract will appear in its own window/tab in the EDITING Section. Once you click the SAVE button, eContracts will create all documents and they will be available in the Detailed Transaction Folder once you close out the window/tab of the Parent Contract.
