Change the Status of a Transaction
It is very important that you change the status of your transactions in CTMeContracts every time you change the status in the MLS, or a CBS offer is rejected. If the status of your transaction has changed from ACTIVE, you can change the status and it will be moved to the folder for that status. This will ensure that you are seeing only clients with ACTIVE/UNDER CONTRACT transactions on your MAIN client screen.
To change the status of your transaction to UNDER CONTRACT, SOLD, EXPIRED, WITHDRAWN or CANCELLED, go to the transaction and on the Detailed Dashboard in the Detail Transaction View click on the Transaction Status link.
When the new window comes up, click on the down arrow and choose the new status. Don`t forget to click the blue SAVE button. The transaction will now be moved from the Active Clients with Contracts on the main page. It will show under the status tabs on the main menu (Clients with Contracts) either under the Under Contract, Sold, Expired, Withdrawn or Cancelled tabs.
NOTE: The Sold, Expired, Withdrawn or Cancelled tabs are in a gray color found on your Main Home page/Digital Filing Cabinet.
NOTE: If you are using the Chrome browser, you may need to use the scroll bar to the right of the top search box in order to view the Active, Under Contract , Sold, Expired, Withdrawn or Cancelled tabs.
NOTE: When you organize your transactions, you will be able to take advantage of the Reports feature. Click on the Reports link from the Main Dashboard and Save Time.
