Replace Buyer`s Agent Name and Information in the Contract to Buy and Sell

Important: Please do not use this feature until you understand the purpose of this feature.
 This feature allows you to replace your default information with another agent's information for this contract only.  

Your agent information will then show as the listing agent.

This feature allows you to replace your default information with another agent`s information for this contract only.

In the CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL - Section 32. BROKER`S ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE - you can replace your information with another agent`s information.

Click the radio button, Replace Buyer Agent, and then SAVE. Once the contract is saved, input the other agent`s information.  You can type this in or use the CTM RE Agent Database and then click the SAVE button again.

NOTE: No documents or disclosures can be associated with this Contract To Buy and Sell when selecting Replace Buyer Agent. Therefore, this contract must stand alone. Also, the Buyer`s agent`s information will NOT be displayed at the top of the contract.
