Preventing Duplicates in the Client Database

When adding your clients to your Clients Database from any Parent Contract, the system will not duplicate that client.

NOTE: If you make any changes in the way the client's name is typed in the Parent Contract and/or you reverse Client 1 and Client 2, then there will be two entries which will appear differently due to the differences in the way the names are entered.

Important:  Be careful with spaces and/or commas when typing your client's name in the Parent Contract
