Purchase Price Calculations

Be sure to scroll down and watch the video!

The Purchase Price is typed in the Contract to Buy and Sell (CBS) in one place only, the Purchase Price and Terms section. The system will automatically calculate the Cash at Closing and the TOTAL offer amount when you type in the Purchase Price, Earnest Money, Loan Amount, etc. as whole numbers!

Important: Please type amounts the following way: 375000 (NO commas, decimal points, N/A, $, etc.) The commas and $ will be add to the Print Preview / Signature View and when the contract is printed using the PDF Print option. 

Do Not type N/A in the empty boxes, you need to type 0 (zero), otherwise the calculation will be corrupted. If you do enter an invalid character, the Cash at Closing with show as NaN.

NOTE:  If you would like to turn the Auto Calculator OFF, just put a check in the box (upper left) and click the save button. This will turn off the auto calculations so make sure to fill in your calculations before emailing or printing out the contract.
