How Web Signatures Work

Agents can email contracts to be signed online or they can be signed from the Print Preview/Signature View page of each CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT.

There is no need to purchase any hardware for electronic signatures.

Participants in the transaction can easily sign with a mouse, choosing 1 of 6 fonts, digital pen, signature pad, tablet pencil, tablet PC, graphics tablet or similar products may be used.

NOTE: Participants Can Sign at Different Locations and at Different Times.

Example: the husband may be in Texas and sign the contract in the morning and the wife may be in Colorado and sign it in the afternoon or the next day.
